Job Description
Agoda is seeking a Manager of B2B Digital Marketing to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand (with full relocation provided). In this role, you will lead the B2B Digital Marketing team, which is responsible for scaling high-impact campaigns for our global partners across B2B2C channels. You will sit at the intersection of analytics, people management, and operational excellence, ensuring that our marketing frameworks are repeatable and data-driven. This is a “builder” role—Agoda is looking for someone with strong SQL skills who can dive into large datasets, identify growth bottlenecks, and turn them into standardized playbooks.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery: Own end-to-end delivery of B2B partner campaigns, ensuring timely execution and actionable post-campaign analysis.

Operational Excellence: Design and document scalable marketing frameworks and playbooks to support dozens of partners simultaneously.

Data Analytics: Use SQL to analyze performance drivers (targeting, creative, budget) and translate findings into value-creating recommendations for partners.

Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of 2 direct reports, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

Stakeholder Management: Simplify complex data into clear narratives for internal Commercial and Product teams, as well as external partners.
Required Experience

Professional Background: 5+ years in data-driven marketing, analytics, growth, or consulting (tech/travel background preferred).

Technical Skills: SQL is a must-have. You should be comfortable querying large databases to drive business decisions.

Process Design: Proven ability to build standardized frameworks or improve operating models in scaling environments.

Leadership: Experience managing direct reports or a clear readiness to step into people management.

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
