DAILY OPERATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Assume responsibility for upholding the premier standards of our property, ensuring all guest areas, amenities, and operational zones function perfectly and appear immaculate

Guide and motivate the technical staff, fostering an active, practical mindset toward renovations, day-to-day tasks, and repairs to facilitate a seamless visitor experience

Develop and manage a systematic preventative upkeep schedule, maximizing equipment longevity and preventing operational downtime

Partner with various hotel divisions to predict and rapidly resolve technical requirements, ranging from guestroom improvements to urgent fixes, maintaining a secure atmosphere
