This role provides full training and hands-on experience, including operating machinery, monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery

• Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues

• Assist with packing and sorting tasks as required

• Ensure products meet quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment

Person Specification

• Physically fit, able to perform manual lifting

• Basic literacy and English language skills

• Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential

• Flexible to work rotating shifts (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am)

• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
