About the Role:
As a Luxury Retail Security Officer, you will play a key role in:
• Providing a welcoming, professional presence to all clients and customers
• Preventing loss through vigilant monitoring and strong awareness
• Handling incidents discreetly and efficiently
• Working in partnership with store teams to maintain a secure, premium retail environment
What We’re Looking For:
• SIA License (essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A smart, well-groomed appearance suitable for a high-end retail setting
• Calm under pressure and able to handle sensitive situations discreetly
• Previous experience in retail or customer-facing security (preferred but not essential)
Shift Flexibility:
• We are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank (on-call/casual) positions
• Shifts aligned with store trading hours including weekends and evenings
