About the Role

As a Luxury Bathroom Installer, you will be responsible for transforming high-concept designs into stunning, functional realities. This is a comprehensive, hands-on role where you will manage the end-to-end installation of premium fittings, from intricate plumbing and high-end tiling to the fitting of custom cabinetry. You will work closely with our design team to ensure every element—from the layout of a walk-in rainfall shower to the alignment of bespoke vanity units—is executed to our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Suite Installation: Executing the complete installation of luxury bathroom suites, including sanitaryware, brassware, and hidden cisterns.

• Precision Tiling: Applying large-format porcelain, natural stone, or mosaic tiling with impeccable grout lines and finishing.

• Plumbing & Electrics Coordination: Managing internal plumbing reconfigurations and collaborating with specialists for integrated lighting or heating.

• Cabinetry & Joinery: Fitting bespoke bathroom furniture and storage solutions with millimetre precision.

• Design Liaison: Communicating with designers and clients to resolve site-specific challenges without compromising the aesthetic vision.

• Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous testing of all installations to ensure a leak-free, flawless finish.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: A strong portfolio of high-end or luxury residential bathroom installations.

• Multi-Skilled Background: Proficiency in plumbing, tiling, and cabinetry/joinery.

• Problem-Solving: The ability to navigate the complexities of high-spec materials and unique architectural layouts.

• Communication: Professional interpersonal skills for dealing with discerning clients and internal design teams.

• Mobility: A valid UK driver’s license is essential, as the role involves travel to various prestigious sites across the Glasgow area.
