We are looking for a Living Well Lead to join our innovative, market-driven enterprise in Aspley. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative network alongside providers like Multicap and Open Minds, delivering essential support to customers across NDIA, Commonwealth Home Support, and Nursing programs. Key Responsibilities

Leading a team to support high quality care

Contribute to the implementation of the business and strategic plans

Ensure budgetary targets are met, and work towards the growth of the service

Contribute to quality and compliance, ensuring all service obligations are met

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a robust, effective, high quality service is delivered
Skills and Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Services or relevant industry experience

Extensive knowledge of Aged Care funding streams

Current Drivers Licence

Current National Police Check

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

NDIS Worker Orientation Module
About the Role
As the Living Well Lead, you will report directly to the CEO, providing vital operational management to our Team Leaders and professional supervision to the frontline delivery staff. You will act as a specialist consultant, collaborating with functional stream leads to drive compliance and enhance the quality of our in-home care services. This position is perfect for a leader who balances high-level strategic contributions—such as meeting budgetary targets and developing policies—with a hands-on approach to supporting a safe and effective working environment. If you are passionate about elevating service standards and have a natural empathy for the elderly, this role offers a platform to lead change and foster growth within the Aged Care sector.
