The work consists of transporting passengers according to orders through the mobile applications Yango, Uber, Bolt and Careem.

Cars: Tesla model Y and 3, and others (all possible categories of orders are available)

Schedule: – You will be required to work on different types of shifts in the company as for now – 12/12 or alone. You can be appointed for any of mentioned above or any other shift if the company decides to implement it.

You will have shifts during a day, during a night or mix of it depending on company’s policy and strategy.

Once a week you must come to the office to show the condition of the car and your own look and for the Company’s collection of cash (as of now office location is Al Barsha 1). Also every driver may be invited to come to the office more often (it depends on the amount of cash in hand, received as payment for orders).

Our requirements for drivers:
– a clean and tidy look
– keep the car extremely clean and in good condition (as it is premium class)
– start the work shift on time and complete it without delay
– accept and fulfil all incoming orders, comply with the rules of passenger transportation
– follow the traffic rules

Salary: Basic + % of income (commission) (Basic salary is included in commission)

% of income: calculated based on the driver’s income received for completing orders. The calculation system is gradient – the higher the income, the higher the percentage.

Fines: the driver will be deducted all fines if he receives it while working
– traffic fines
– fines from RTA, Police and and other authorities

As a result, we demand high quality service from our drivers. A driver who honestly does his job, increases income and provides a high level of transportation will earn good money (up to 8000 AED and more). .We will also provide the best drivers with additional days off, compensate for air tickets for vacation trips, and provide comprehensive support. (During the low season, from June to August and Ramadan, drivers can earn a salary ranging from 1600 to 3500 dirhams. However, in the high season, they can potentially earn up to 8000 dirhams)

Pay: AED1,600.00 – AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• the UAE driving: 5 years (Required)
