The Role We’re looking for licensed nurses with a strong clinical background and diverse patient care experience. In this role, you’ll use your frontline expertise to evaluate AI–Simulated Patient interactions. Your input will directly influence how AI systems handle critical aspects of care such as medical safety, empathy, and fairness. This is a task-based, flexible opportunity—you set your own schedule while contributing to the future of healthcare technology. What You’ll Do Assess AI/Simulated Patient conversations across multiple dimensions Apply your clinical knowledge to ensure safety, quality, and patient-centerednessProvide structured feedback to guide improvements in AI tools Requirements Registered Nurse (active license) with 3+ years of bedside experience

Fluent in Arabic (reading and writing)

Access to a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) Preferred

Availability of 15–20 hours per week (schedule is flexible)
