Summary of the Role

This is a community-facing role that is about much more than just stamping books. Modern libraries like Hinckley are “hubs” for digital inclusion and early childhood development. The specific shift pattern (Wed/Fri/Alt Sat) makes it ideal for someone looking for stable part-time work alongside other commitments.

Quick Tip: In your supporting statement, make sure to give a specific example of when you helped someone use technology (like an iPad or a printer) or a time you spoke in front of a group. This proves you can handle the “IT Taster” and “Under 5’s” sessions mentioned in the description.
