Role Overview

As a Lettings & Sales Agent, you will be a true entrepreneur within our brand. You will manage the entire lifecycle of residential transactions, acting as the bridge between landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers. From the initial valuation to the final handshake, you will navigate the complexities of the Dubai market to deliver world-class service and secure premium results.

Key Responsibilities

Listing Acquisition: Proactively source new properties, conduct expert valuations, and secure exclusive listings for our portfolio.
Lead Management: Utilize our massive internal database to match buyers and tenants with their dream homes.
Client Advisory: Conduct professional property viewings, providing deep market insights and honest feedback to all parties.
Negotiation: Expertly manage offers and counter-offers to ensure successful, fair, and profitable outcomes.
Market Expertise: Stay at the forefront of Dubai’s ever-changing trends, pricing shifts, and competitor movements.
Relationship Building: Foster long-term trust with clients through exceptional after-sales support and proactive follow-ups.

Requirements

Mindset: You must be highly target-driven, resilient, and possess a “proactive” rather than “reactive” work ethic.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and a professional, confident demeanor are non-negotiable.
Mobility: A valid UAE driving license and your own car are essential for navigating the city and conducting viewings.
