Lettings Administrator (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a busy residential team managing premium homes. This role involves supporting the lettings process, resident communications and general site admin.

This is a part-time, fixed-term role until the end of October 2025.

Hours: 12 hours per week
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Working Hours: 12pm – 4pm
Salary: £28,147 per annum (pro rata to days and hours)

What you’ll be doing:
• Responding to enquiries and booking viewings
• Conducting viewings (in-person & video)
• Helping with move-ins, check-ins, and check-outs
• Supporting tenancy paperwork and repairs coordination
• Liaising with the on-site team to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
• Strong admin and organisational skills
• Great communication-written and verbal
• IT confident (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Friendly, professional, and keen to learn
• Interest in property or real estate a bonus
