  • Supporting lawyers in the effective use of legal project management tools and technologies.

  • Building and strengthening client relationships.

  • Creating matter plans, budgets, workflows, timelines, defining scope, assumptions, and prices for large/complex disputes.

  • Proactively managing changes in scope, identifying risks, and developing contingencies.

  • Working with the Finance team to produce financial progress reports, analysing work in progress across multiple workstreams, identifying out-of-scope actions, and revising scope where required.

  • Preparing detailed and accurate fee reports.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve process, policy, and procedure.

  • Supporting the growth of the legal project management function through internal and external business development activity, such as pitches and client proposals.

  • Identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and profitability across the Litigation & Dispute Management practice group.

  • Staying informed about developments in legal project management, including emerging tools, technologies, and best-practice approaches, to support continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing projects in a legal environment, either as a project manager, business professional, or lawyer with project delivery responsibilities.
