You will be responsible for championing the adoption of emerging technologies and shaping a forward-thinking innovation strategy. Your primary goal will be to bridge the gap between complex legal requirements and practical, tech-enabled solutions, ensuring that both internal teams and external clients benefit from increased efficiency and cutting-edge tools.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Proven background in Law, Innovation, Legal Tech, or similar professional services environments.
Process Analysis: A strong ability to dissect legal workflows and translate them into automated or tech-enhanced solutions.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and non-technical departments.
Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with AI, automation tools, and established Legal Tech platforms.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum and follows a hybrid working model, requiring only two days per week in the Bristol office.
