Role: Associate General Counsel – Sustainable Power (Partial Hours)
Location: Edinburgh Metropolitan Area
Climate17 is partnering with a global leader in the sustainable power sector, focusing on wind, photovoltaic, and grid-scale storage technologies. They are currently seeking a part-time Legal Advisor to join their regional office and take ownership of drafting and mediating all commercial agreements with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all judicial matters stemming from the organization’s commercial pacts.

Provide support for judicial and regulatory compliance during procurement and tender phases.

Manage all clerical duties concerning contract administration and mediation.

Direct corporate “house-keeping” tasks to ensure all entity records remain current.

Requirements:

Accredited solicitor in England & Wales with several years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).

Candidates accredited in Scotland are eligible provided they demonstrate proficiency with English law agreements.

Proven track record of practicing law within high-pressure commercial environments (In-house or Private Practice).

Specialized knowledge in business law, construction statutes, and general commercial mediation.
