Lebanese Restaurant
we are seeking an experienced Lebanese Chef to lead our virtual kitchen. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage our cloud kitchen operations, driving culinary excellence, efficiency, and innovation in a delivery-focused environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Experience in Lebanese Street Food trends (Street Snack, Grill Sandwiches )
• Oversee the entire cloud kitchen operations, ensuring the highes
• Develop and refine menus optimized for delivery, focusing on flavor, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage and coordinate the sous-chefs, ensuring efficient workflow in a high-volume, delivery-centric environment.
• Implement strict health and hygiene standards, tailored for cloud kitchen operations and delivery protocols.
• Efficiently manage kitchen inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure top-quality ingredients and cost-effective operations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager, preferably in a high-volume cloud kitchen or delivery-focused establishment.
• Ability to reduce cost of food to maintain profitability
• knowledge of food suppliers
• Strong understanding of the unique dynamics and requirements of a cloud kitchen.
• Proficiency in various cooking methods, with a focus on Sandwiches, Burgers & Catering
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen hygiene.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
