Leadership Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Leadership Manager to join our team and lead our Peer Mentor Service in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day service delivery and line management of the Peer Mentors. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Service Commissioners to identify gaps in provision and ensure that our services are tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Peer Mentor Service team
• Develop and implement service strategies to improve client outcomes
• Collaborate with external agencies and community groups to promote our services
• Monitor and evaluate service performance, making recommendations for improvement

• Proven experience of working with people with complex needs
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with external agencies and stakeholders
