Lead English Excellence Across Borders
Inspired Education is seeking a talented and ambitious Leader of Learning for English to join our world-leading online school for a one-year maternity cover. This unique remote role allows you to be based in the UK while teaching a diverse international student body primarily located in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. As a specialist capable of teaching up to Year 13, you will be at the forefront of “Quality First Teaching,” leveraging cutting-edge technology to inspire students across different cultures and time zones. The Remote Global Context

Location: Remote, UK-based (Home working).

Schedule: Part of the Universal Timetable. Live teaching typically starts at 5:00 am UK time and concludes around 1:30 pm UK time to align with UAE/SEA hours.

Student Body: A global cohort primarily from the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the UK.

Hybrid Elements: Occasional requests for in-person regional meetings throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership: Inspire and motivate students with purposeful subject knowledge from Key Stage 3 through to A-Level (Year 13).

Quality Assurance: Lead “Quality First Teaching” initiatives and support school self-evaluation and improvement priorities.

Resource Innovation: Create, review, and enhance digital resources to maintain a high-quality online learning profile.

Holistic Support: Provide guidance on both educational progress and student wellbeing, ensuring clear communication with parents and global stakeholders.

Professional Excellence: Act as a role model through professional conduct and active participation in staff CPD.
Requirements & Skills
The Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Proven track record in the primary, secondary, or college sectors (State or Independent).

Technical Fluency: Highly computer literate with a passion for using technology applications to drive student engagement online.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to build relationships remotely.

Mindset: Flexible, energetic, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, “business-style” educational environment.

Safeguarding: Thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures in a digital context.
Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: £36,000 – £42,500 (dependent on experience).
