Engineering Excellence: Define and implement robust engineering standards across the full software lifecycle—design, development, testing, and deployment.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Lead strategic negotiations with third-party suppliers to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with banking regulations.
What You’ll Need

Proven Delivery: Significant experience leading complex, cross-platform technical deliveries in an Agile environment.

Software Engineering Depth: Deep understanding of modern software standards and the ability to provide hands-on guidance to developers and architects.

DevOps & Automation: Practical experience in DevOps pipeline optimization, automated testing, and process automation.

Incident Resolution: A strong track record of resolving critical incidents and performing root-cause analysis for high-availability systems.
