Security Architect (Lead Level) – up to £120,000 + Package
Location: Anywhere in the UK (excluding London) – 100% Remote Working

A great opportunity to join a leading digital consulting firm as a Lead Security Architect, delivering secure-by-design solutions across public sector, national security, defence, and policing programmes.

This role is ideal for experienced consultants who enjoy working at the intersection of technology, architecture, and security – helping major government clients design and build resilient, scalable systems.

What you’ll be doing:
• Leading security architecture design and assurance across large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Embedding security into solution and application design, ensuring alignment with enterprise and government standards.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients across Defence, National Security, and Public Sector.
• Producing high-quality security documentation and architectural patterns to support accreditation and compliance.
• Collaborating with delivery teams, architects, and security engineers to ensure best practice is applied throughout. Experience required:
• Background in consulting or client-facing architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of application and cloud security, ideally with hands-on experience in secure development practices.
• Experience in Defence, Public Sector, National Security, or Law Enforcement projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, able to translate complex risk into actionable design.
• SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain). The Package:
