This night shift role involves cleaning refrigeration cabinets across supermarket sites in the East Midlands, ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and operational excellence.

Position Overview

  • Job Title: Labourer / Cleaner (Nights – Must Drive)

  • Location: East Midlands (covering multiple supermarket sites)

  • Team Required: 2 members (Technician and Team Leader)

  • Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday to Thursday – Nights)

  • Salary:

    • Technician: £28,219

    • Team Leader: £29,259

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain refrigeration cabinets in supermarkets.

  • Empty units, clean internal components including filters, and prepare for engineer maintenance.

  • Ensure adherence to company cleaning standards and schedules.

  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

  • Liaise with supervisors to meet performance and timing targets.

  • Represent the company professionally and maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior cleaning or basic maintenance experience (preferably industrial or retail).

  • Valid UK driving licence (mandatory).

  • Physically fit with ability to bend and lift.

  • Friendly, reliable, and self-motivated.

  • Team player with good communication and time management skills.

  • Willingness to travel across different East Midlands sites.
