The Role & Your Impact
Your mission is to ensure operational excellence across the entire client lifecycle. You will balance the “white-glove” service requirements of elite clients with the rigorous demands of UK regulatory compliance and KYC (Know Your Customer) standards.
Key Responsibilities

Bespoke Onboarding: Orchestrate the end-to-end onboarding process for HNW clients, including drafting complex documentation, performing risk assessments, and conducting sensitive adverse media checks.

Operational Command: Manage the daily mechanics of client accounts, from high-value amendments and closures to the oversight of debit card fraud investigations and refunds.

Digital Transformation Support: Guide international clients through the setup and troubleshooting of internet banking platforms, ensuring they remain connected to their wealth 24/7.

Credit & Risk Collaboration: Assist in the preparation of risk modeling templates and customer information packs to support high-level credit applications.

Cross-Channel Coordination: Facilitate the seamless migration of client relationships between private and retail banking divisions.

Multilingual Advisory: Provide proactive, fluent communication in Arabic and English, ensuring clients stay informed about fund statuses and account updates with cultural nuance.
Who We Are Looking For

The Academic: A university degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

The Experienced: Up to 3 years of experience within a banking or financial services environment (ideal for early-career professionals looking to specialize).

The Linguist: Native or professional-level fluency in Arabic is essential, coupled with a profound understanding of Middle Eastern business etiquette and cultural sensitivities.
