We are seeking an experienced Korean Cuisine Chef to lead our Korean kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of traditional Korean recipes, a delivery-optimized mindset, and prior experience in cloud or dark kitchens. You will be responsible for executing the Korean menu, maintaining quality standards, and supporting efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute a full range of Korean dishes with authenticity, consistency, and quality
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in line with Dubai Municipality regulations
• Manage mise en place, prep stations, and cooking sequences for speed and consistency
• Support menu development and optimize dishes for the delivery model
• Conduct daily inventory checks, reduce waste, and support cost control measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in other cuisine areas if required (Indian, Indo-Chinese, Burgers, Wings, etc.)
• Ensure efficient kitchen workflows and assist with packaging and dispatch alignment
Qualifications & Skills
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Chef specializing in Korean cuisine
• Previous experience in a cloud kitchen or high-volume delivery environment is preferred
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and inventory control
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a high-pressure kitchen
• Exposure to multi-cuisine setups is a plus
• Professional kitchen training or culinary certification is an advantage

• Working hours will follow UAE kitchen shifts with 1 weekly off
