Urgent Hiring: Kindergarten Teacher – Sharjah, UAE
Note: Only candidates who are native English speakers (UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, or Australia) and willing to work in Sharjah will be considered.

Position Details
Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher (KG Teacher)
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Start Date: Immediate
Salary Range: AED 12,000 – 14,000 (All-Inclusive)
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young learners. You will deliver engaging lessons aligned with early years standards while maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons for kindergarten students.
Foster a safe, engaging, and child-centered learning environment.
Incorporate play-based and inquiry-based learning strategies.
Assess and document children’s progress and development.
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
Support students’ emotional well-being and promote positive behavior.
Collaborate with the school team to uphold high educational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
Native English Speaker (only from UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, or Australia)
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
1–2 years of experience in an early years teaching role
Attested academic and professional documents (mandatory)
Must be available for an immediate start
Willing to relocate or currently residing in Sharjah
Compensation & Benefits
The total salary package of AED 12,000 – 14,000 includes:
Housing allowance
Transportation allowance
Annual flight tickets
Visa and medical insurance
Coverage for up to 3 dependents
