Role Overview

As a Junior Account Executive, you will be the primary link between BT and the SME community, focusing on both new business development and the strategic management of existing accounts. Your day-to-day will involve conducting market research to identify sales opportunities and managing the end-to-end sales process—from initial lead generation to preparing proposals and closing deals via phone and email. By leveraging Salesforce CRM, you will ensure all customer interactions are accurately tracked while collaborating with your team to hit targets through the effective up-selling and cross-selling of BT’s extensive product portfolio.
