At Farmhouse, we’re famous for our generous plates, fresh ingredients, and innovative twists on classic brunch favourites. From stacks of pancakes to sizzling skillets and vibrant global flavours, our kitchen is all about energy, creativity, and quality.
What You’ll Do
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of our busy open kitchen.
• Lead by example, ensuring dishes go out to the highest standard – both in flavour and presentation.
• Help train and motivate the team, maintaining a fun and positive kitchen culture.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and organisation at all times.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials – we love new ideas!
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a busy, high-volume restaurant.
• A genuine passion for brunch, fresh food, and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A team player who brings positivity, creativity, and reliability to every shift.
