Requirements and Skills

• A Bachelor degree is required; a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly desirable.

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in private markets finance or financial technology.

• Demonstrable expertise in private credit investment and operational workflows, ideally gained through working with a leading financial technology vendor serving institutional clients or direct, front-office experience within a Private Credit Manager (GP) or institutional investor (LP).

• Demonstrated success in a senior product management role, delivering high-quality, client-facing features within a B2B Enterprise SaaS or financial technology environment.

• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on product architecture, APIs, and complex system integrations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex financial and technical concepts to diverse audiences (internal and external).

• A self-motivated and results-oriented professional comfortable managing ambiguity and driving product momentum in a rapidly changing, high-growth market environment.

Role Overview

As the Product Manager for Private Credit, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our platform, from defining long-term strategic roadmaps to executing successful market launches. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, translating complex investment workflows—including deal research, portfolio construction, and IRR analysis—into scalable, AI-driven automated processes. Beyond technical execution, you will collaborate with Executive Leadership, Engineering, and Sales to drive the go-to-market strategy, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of regulatory and technological innovation while mentoring the next generation of product leaders within the organization.
