Role Overview:
As part of Team JD, you will ensure customers receive the best possible service during each store visit. You will help maximise store profitability by meeting and exceeding sales targets, utilising in-store devices, and contributing to a successful team environment.
Customer Service:
• Welcome all customers warmly, genuinely, and in a friendly manner.
• Deliver outstanding service at every store visit.
• Understand and follow the Customer Service measuring programme.
Sales:
• Drive sales and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
• Utilise in-store devices to provide access to the full product range.
• Offer alternatives and suggest add-on sales whenever possible.
Visual Merchandising:
• Assist in maintaining shop floor standards.
• Keep stock clean, presentable, and organised.
• Replenish stock levels to ensure full size ranges are available on the shop floor.
• Ensure all products are correctly priced.
• Keep all displays current and visually appealing.
General:
• Deputise for other staff or assist across departments as needed.
• Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.
• Conduct duties safely and responsibly.
