IT Release Specialist Job Overview
This role is responsible for ensuring that changes are assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal disruption to business operations.
You will work closely with the Application, Project and Infrastructure teams to successfully deliver and implement new and updated technology services and solutions across the UK/EU.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field p
• Experience of working in IT Support and as an experienced Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the lifecycle of IT changes and releases across the organization.
• Work closely with the Application, Project and Infrastructure teams.
• Deliver and implement new and updated technology services and solutions.
Able to articulate and understand business needs. Experience working with ITSM solutions. Good understanding of Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, PowerShell and M365.
As an IT Release Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT changes and releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and implement new and updated technology services and solutions.
