IT-Manager 💰 Salary: £70,000 – 90,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:
– Strong IT leadership experience in a multi-site organization (500+ employees)
– Deep knowledge of infrastructure (VMWare, Simplivity), Azure/O365, networking, and endpoint technology
– A confident communicator who can influence at the executive level
– A people-first leadership style that builds trust and inspires innovation
– A curious mindset—comfortable with AI, automation, and exploring smarter ways of working
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
– Leading internal IT strategy and operations across multiple UK and EU sites
– Driving modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, system upgrades, and digital transformation
– Managing service delivery, security, and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials, DORA, etc.)
– Coaching and mentoring a collaborative, high-performing IT team
– Owning vendor relationships, budgets, and performance metrics
– Working closely with senior leadership to align IT with broader business goals

I am working with a forward-thinking business that’s looking for a Head of IT to take the reins of their internal tech operations across the UK and Europe.
