This is a great chance to get involved in our many IT & Digital systems by helping our users with their problems and queries.

What will you be doing?
You will respond or pass on requests received via email and messaging systems.
Hours are very flexible, you can pick up queries in your own time.
You just need a desire to support volunteers by finding information to give them effective support.
Although we support many systems, you need only be trained on those that interest you. You just need to know where to pass on the rest.
What are we looking for?
Desirable:
• Some familiarity with XR
• Organised
• Good written communication
• Customer service or help desk
Essential:
• Knowledge of IT systems
You’ll need a minimum of 3 years experience in IT and Digital support.
What difference will you make?
You will support XR volunteers to:
• be more confident in using our tools and systems
• be more willing to use our systems
• be as effective as possible with our tools and systems
• not need to seek so much in-person support
