Job description
Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications, optimizing performance.Monitor network and system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential problems before they escalate.Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the organization’s IT infrastructure.Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.Conduct regular system backups and data recovery procedures to safeguard critical business information.Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and software licenses.Respond to IT-related inquiries and requests from users, providing timely and effective solutions.Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and security threats, recommending improvements to enhance IT operations.Collaborate with IT team members on projects, contributing to the implementation of new technologies and initiatives. Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Holds CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications, demonstrating foundational IT knowledge.Has 3 years of experience in an IT support role, showcasing practical experience.Demonstrates a solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.Exhibits proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.Displays strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with users at all levels.Demonstrates a proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.Exhibits the ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative work environment.Is fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
