What will the role involve?
• Manage a caseload of investigations from start to finish
• Scrutinise complex documents and data to spot risks and breaches
• Draft high-quality reports, decisions, and evidence bundles
• Make fair, defensible, evidence-based judgments
• Engage with members, firms, complainants, and stakeholders with professionalism
Who are we looking for? We’re seeking individuals who will have a variety of the below:
• Experience in regulation, compliance, or audit (all backgrounds welcome)
• Proven ability to analyse evidence and apply frameworks pragmatically
• Excellent drafting skills with strong attention to detail
• Sound judgment, resilience, and a fair-minded approach
• Confidence working with stakeholders and managing a busy caseload
