Role Overview:

This position plays a pivotal role in translating global product strategies into regional execution plans. The primary focus is on optimizing inventory supply quantification and deployment to maximize guest demand potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze core ladders to identify risks or opportunities for the EMEA region
• Collaborate with North America planning teams to capitalize on inventory opportunities by identifying transfers or pullbacks
• Utilize systems, tools, and data to optimize inventory investments across store locations, distribution centers, and e-commerce channels
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities for the business, recommending strategies to achieve financial goals
• Conduct detailed analysis to drive category performance
• Develop sales projections and inventory flow for key items
• Recommend seasonal merchandise flow strategies to maximize sales and guest experience
• Drive financial results that maximize sales, inventory, and bottom-line profitability
• Prepare and participate in Merchandise Review meetings to align on strategic objectives
