Private Banker, Vice President – MENAT (Middle East, North Africa & Türkiye)

Join J.P. Morgan’s International Private Bank, an elite division of the world’s most powerful financial institution. We are seeking a high-performance Private Banker at the Vice President level to serve as the face of our MENAT (Middle East, North Africa, and Türkiye) business in London.

In this role, you will lead the charge in acquiring and retaining Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients from some of the world’s most dynamic wealth corridors. You are not just a banker; you are a strategic orchestrator. You will collaborate with world-class specialists in investments, trusts, and capital advice to deliver the bespoke “Fortress Balance Sheet” solutions that define the J.P. Morgan experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Acquisition: Lead the aggressive prospecting and acquisition of new assets from new and existing Middle Eastern clients, leveraging your deep regional network.

• Portfolio Stewardship: Manage and expand an existing book of UHNW/HNW business, providing expert advice on investment, banking, and estate planning products.

• Specialist Coordination: Act as the lead relationship manager, coordinating a team of Investors, Capital Advisors, and Wealth Advisors to provide 360-degree wealth solutions.

• Risk & Profile Management: Ensure absolute adherence to J.P. Morgan’s rigorous Risk Management policies, including “Know Your Customer” (KYC) and client profiling standards.

• Client Experience: Build and maintain high-trust, multi-generational relationships, ensuring every product recommendation aligns with the client’s unique financial legacy.

Requirements for Success

• The MENAT Expert: Significant experience working with UHNW/HNW clients in the Middle East, North Africa, or Türkiye is essential.

• The Deal Closer: A proven track record in business development, with mastery in prospecting, profiling, and high-stakes negotiation.

• Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm at the highest levels.

• Linguistic Skill: Arabic fluency is highly preferred to navigate the cultural and business nuances of the target market.

• The Professional: A CISI Level 4 (or equivalent) Certificate in Investment Management is required for regulatory compliance.
