Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new UHNW assets across the London and South regions, leveraging your established network and reputation.

• Holistic Advisory: Act as the lead advisor on the client’s entire balance sheet, providing sophisticated counsel on asset allocation, portfolio construction, and tactical shifts.

• Wealth Architecture: Partner with internal specialists to deliver interdisciplinary solutions encompassing wealth planning, structured portfolios, and bespoke lending.

• Relationship Stewardship: Build deep, trust-based partnerships with families and foundations, ensuring short-term needs and long-term legacies are seamlessly aligned.

• Risk & Excellence: Maintain uncompromising adherence to global risk and control policies, ensuring every transaction meets the highest regulatory standards.

• Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside a diverse team of Client Advisors to maximize collective strength and exceed regional business objectives.

Requirements for Success

• Industry Stature: A proven track record in Wealth Management, specifically catering to the Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) segment in the UK.

• Commercial Drive: Exceptional business development skills with a disciplined approach to profiling, high-stakes negotiation, and referral generation.

• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of multi-asset class investments, brokerage accounts, deposit solutions, and trust/estate product identification.

• Communication Brilliance: A credible and dynamic professional presence with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts with absolute clarity.

• Preferred Credentials: CFA qualification or advanced Multi-Asset Class portfolio exposure is highly desirable.
