– Lead the subscriber growth, commercial and GTM function for Apple TV across International, working across over 100 countries worldwide (outside the US). – Define regional growth strategies and tactics, whilst ensuring alignment with global objectives and positioning. – Work with the TV Leads for each country / region to optimise subscriber growth, revenue growth and LTV in each market. – Create new commercial opportunities for the TV business in International, including emerging business models, distribution opportunities and strategic partnerships, adapting to the unique needs and opportunities in each geo. – Partner with Business Development and local market leads to identify and assess new opportunities to expand our reach and awareness. – Work with BD and local teams to optimise engagement across our partnerships in market to ensure we have healthy, engaged subscribers across all channels, as well as creating and sharing best-practice playbooks. – Working with the Title Marketing, Growth Marketing and Media teams, lead the GTM strategy and prioritisation for TV in International, defining clear strategies and plans by region.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Significant experience and in leadership positions in media & entertainment industry of which the majority leading a Commercial function at an SVOD / subscription service, driving growth and managing churn
  • Proven experience of working on the end-to-end subscription funnel at an SVOD or Pay TV business, optimising to drive uptake, retention and LTV
  • A deep industry knowledge across International markets of media entertainment key players (OTT, Pay TV etc.) and industry trends
  • Ability to develop, size and prioritise business cases of new initiatives for business growth and pitch confidently to senior executives
  • A strong understanding of the value and dynamic content plays across windows, rights and value proposition
  • A strong and experienced team leader (leader of leaders) who can drive a happy, high performing team (both Direct and Indirect) to achieve exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A natural presenter who can also quickly distill information and summarise to the key important points
  • Data-oriented with the ability to understand key information that is needed to spot trends, identify issues, make key decisions.
  • Experience of working across multiple markets with an appreciation of working with different cultures
  • An exceptional collaborator, who can engage and influence across the organisation to make ideas happen
