Pearse Professionals are supporting a financial services business seeking an Interim Senior Analyst to strengthen its Middle Office Trade Management function. The role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth trading, settlement, and reconciliation processes across a broad range of digital asset products during a period of rapid growth and operational change.

The Role:
• Oversee daily trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation across multiple digital asset counterparties, liquidity providers, and custodians.
• Act as a key point of contact between trading, operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support the onboarding and oversight of new custodians, service providers, and liquidity partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across middle-office processes and controls.

The Profile:
• Experience in investment operations or middle office roles within custody or trading environments.
• Hands-on experience in digital asset operations.
• Strong technical understanding of trade flows, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Experienced in working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage external counterparties
