Job Overview
The Interim Office Administrator will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of office operations during a fixed-term maternity cover. You will manage invoicing, documentation, logistics, stock control, and general administration, while acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer and supplier invoices using Xero

  • Create and manage delivery notes for dispatched goods

  • Arrange transport for collections and deliveries

  • Monitor stock levels and order office and factory consumables

  • Produce works orders to support production

  • Handle telephone calls and email enquiries

  • Maintain accurate filing and documentation systems

  • Assist with import and export paperwork and enquiries

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proactive and adaptable working style

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities

Qualifications

  • Experience with Xero accounting software is desirable
