Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently loading and unloading luggage from coaches at the interchange point.

• Organizing baggage to ensure it is correctly routed to the appropriate onward vehicles.

• Assisting passengers with their belongings in a polite and helpful manner.

• Working closely with drivers and dispatch staff to maintain the travel schedule.

• Ensuring the safety and security of all items while in your care.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

• Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage throughout the shift.

• Excellent time management skills to meet strict coach departure windows.

• A friendly, customer-focused approach when interacting with holidaymakers.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
