The Alfa Holiday Group is looking for a dependable Interchange Luggage Handler to join our team in Leeds. As a key part of our travel operations, you’ll be the person behind the scenes making sure our guests’ holidays get off to a smooth start. Key Responsibilities

Efficiently loading and unloading luggage from coaches at the interchange point.

Organizing baggage to ensure it is correctly routed to the appropriate onward vehicles.

Assisting passengers with their belongings in a polite and helpful manner.

Working closely with drivers and dispatch staff to maintain the travel schedule.

Ensuring the safety and security of all items while in your care.
Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy luggage throughout the shift.

Excellent time management skills to meet strict coach departure windows.

A friendly, customer-focused approach when interacting with holidaymakers.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
