About the Role
As a Corporate Insolvency Practitioner, you will step into a senior leadership position, serving as a primary decision-maker for the firm’s most complex cases. This is a high-responsibility role where you will use your JIEB qualification to take formal appointments and guide distressed businesses through the intricacies of administrations, liquidations, and CVAs. You will act as the “North Star” for both our clients and our internal teams, providing expert counsel to directors and stakeholders while ensuring every process adheres to the highest regulatory standards. Beyond case management, you will be a key driver of growth, leveraging your commercial awareness to develop the firm’s practice and mentor the next generation of insolvency professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing

Taking formal insolvency appointments and overseeing corporate processes, including administrations, liquidations, and CVAs.

Managing a portfolio of cases, ensuring efficiency and strict adherence to UK regulatory requirements.

Providing expert advice to directors, stakeholders, and creditors on restructuring and insolvency solutions.

Leading a team of insolvency professionals, mentoring junior staff, and embedding best practices across the firm.

Collaborating with external advisors, including legal and finance experts, to maximize outcomes for creditors.

Driving business development through networking and strengthening key client relationships to grow the practice.
What We’re Looking For

JIEB Qualification: This is a mandatory requirement for taking insolvency appointments in this role.

Senior Expertise: Significant experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring within the UK landscape.

Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of UK insolvency law and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks.
