raditional desi hospitality with a contemporary café culture.We are now seeking a Senior Indian Brunch Chef to lead our kitchen team in developing and delivering an exciting, premium brunch offering — one that celebrates the essence of Indian and Pakistani mornings with creativity and finesse.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations for brunch and daytime service.
• Develop, refine, and execute innovative Indian and Pakistani-inspired brunch dishes — from parathas and chai to fusion plates and modern breakfast creations.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management on menu development, seasonal specials, and events.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen efficiency.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Indian or Pakistani cuisine, preferably in a senior or lead chef position.
• Strong knowledge of regional Indian breakfast and brunch dishes, flavours, and techniques.
• A creative and passionate approach to modern café-style presentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and innovation.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
