Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inclusion Manager to join our wonderful network of Bradford secondary schools on a flexible supply basis!

Your Role:
As a Supply Inclusion Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of inclusion within school life — helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, supporting their emotional wellbeing, and ensuring they feel confident and capable each day.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting students with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs

  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Overseeing inclusion rooms or internal isolation spaces

  • Creating and implementing personalised support plans

  • Working closely with senior leaders and external agencies

  • Keeping accurate records and progress updates

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience as an Inclusion Manager, Behaviour Lead, or Pastoral Support Lead
✅ Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive education
✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Confidence in behaviour management strategies
✅ A warm, resilient, and positive attitude
