A rapidly expanding, technology-led financial planning network is looking for a strategic Implementation Manager to establish and lead its adviser onboarding and enablement function from its Bristol hub. This is a rare, blank-canvas opportunity to build a department from the ground up, defining the framework for how new adviser firms integrate into a modern, centralized advice model. You will be at the forefront of operational growth, leveraging AI-supported tools and advanced back-office systems to ensure every new partner thrives within the network.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience building and leading operational or implementation teams

• Strong understanding of the UK financial advice and wealth management sector

• Knowledge of investment products, wrappers, and restricted advice models

• Proven experience implementing financial technology solutions

• Excellent organisational and project management skills

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities

• Confidence working with CRM systems, financial planning tools, and adviser platforms

• Analytical mindset with a passion for process optimisation
