HR Advisor
£34,000 – £37,000
Elevation HR are looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to support a logistics and manufacturing operations. You’ll be the go-to person for managers and employees, handling everything from employee relations cases to recruitment, while keeping them compliant and their people engaged.
This is a fast-paced, operational role where you’ll make a real impact
every day.What You’ll Do
• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters
• Manage complex ER cases including grievances, capability issues, and redundancies
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and organisational change projects
• Coach managers on people management and HR best practices
• Keep policies up to date and ensure compliance with employment law
• Deliver HR metrics and reports to drive decision-making
What We Need
• Solid HR generalist experience, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational settings
• Proven track record handling ER cases independently
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility quickly
• Confident decision-maker who can juggle priorities in a busy environment
