  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations.

Skills

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and mentor others.

  • Technical: Ability to act as a “subject matter expert” for specific HR projects or policy areas.

  • Customer Focus: A responsive approach to human resource and service development issues.
