Do you enjoy building pragmatic, people-focused solutions rather than just maintaining “business as usual”?We’re partnering with a high-growth consultancy (450+ people globally, scaling 50% year-on-year) to find an HR Business Partner to join their Global People Team in London. This role offers the chance to shape and deliver initiatives across HR operations, performance, DE&I, and employee engagement in a business that is truly in “build mode.”The opportunityAs HRBP, you’ll act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders while also being hands-on in HR delivery. You’ll work across a wide remit from employee relations and reward to retention and L&D, always with a focus on improving processes, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience.This isn’t a role where everything is already in place. You’ll need to be pragmatic, collaborative, and solutions-focused, comfortable working in a high-growth consultancy where intellectual agility and curiosity are valued.Key responsibilities • Partner with leaders across the business to provide proactive HR support and advice. • Lead on HR initiatives including performance management, DE&I, retention, and reward. • Deliver HR operations and employee relations with a focus on consistency and quality. • Support global HR processes across the UK whilst collaborating closely with the US and India. • Evaluate and improve HR practices, introducing efficiency and automation where possible. • Promote a culture of openness, collaboration and continuous improvement.<
