We are working with a well-established organisation in Sheffield seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy HR function and gain exposure to a variety of HR processes.

– 37 Hours 9am – 5pm
– Salary guide £29,000 paid on a temporary hourly rate £15.00 + holiday pay accrual
Your new role
As HR Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including:
• Managing employee records and updating HR systems
• Assisting with recruitment administration and onboarding
• Supporting payroll and absence reporting
• Handling general HR queries and providing first-line advice
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
What you’ll need to succeed
• Previous experience in an HR support role
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• A proactive and professional approach
