oven experience of Housing Officer duties.Responsibilities
• Managing a patch of properties across both regions respectively
• Dealing with medium to low level ASB
• Monitoring tenants rent accounts and chase rent arrears
• Assisting with the lettings process
• Assessing individuals who may fail their tenancies
• Dealing with general estate and tenancy management
Qualifications
• Experience in Social Housing
• Experience working with customers within housing

37 hours per week
Monday – Friday, contracted hours between 7am and 7pm
