House clearance/cleaning operative

Job Summary

Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitise all designated areas within clients’ homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure thorough results
• Organise cleaning tasks according to client preferences and company standards
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct oneself courteously when interacting with clients
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications
• Previous experience in domestic cleaning or related roles is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
• Valid driving licence is preferred for travel between client locations
• Excellent communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact politely with clients
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
• Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Reliable transportation to reach various job sites as required
