Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a hotel receptionist or front office staff
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems preferred
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
